Knowledge Sync 2000 identifies potential business problems (e.g., a pending order for a client with more than 3 open service calls) and one-to-one marketing opportunities (e.g., add-on product sales based on purchasing history) within any front-office or back-office application, and sends out corresponding alerts to employees, customers, and business partners via e-mail, fax, page, FTP, PDA, and webcast.
The bottom-line benefit is that Knowledge Sync lets organizations avoid saying "If only I had known . . . " by alerting them to critical business scenarios and allowing them to make more timely and intelligent decisions.
Knowledge Sync supports triggers on sophisticated scenarios, including trend-based thresholds and (most importantly) based on conditions that exist across multiple software applications (i.e., between a sales solution and ERP, financial, and manufacturing solutions). Triggers and alert "events" are set up without programming or SQL experience.
No other e-business alert messaging application on the market today provides Knowledge Sync's combination of functionality, ease of use, and price ($995 - $1,990, server-based).
